Ingredients:
2 lbs. yellow crookneck squash
sliced into 1/8 inch slices
1 medium onion
chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Place all ingredients in 2-quart saucepan and add 1 inch of water. Bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes or until tender. Drain and serve.
