Ingredients:
6 large cactus pears
any type
peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup pineapple juice
Slices of cactus pear or fresh pineapple for garnish
Directions:
Place cactus pear chunks in blender container or food processor bowl with pineapple juice. Cover and process until fruit is pureed. Strain out seeds if desired. Pour mixture into ice-filled goblets.
